An AI career-readiness engine wrapped in a counsellor: one product that diagnoses, coaches, measures, and follows the student through the placement journey.
What it does
Most career guidance happens once, in a room, and is forgotten by the following week. This runs continuously: it asks what a student is aiming at, measures where they currently stand, tells them what to do next, and then checks whether they did it.
How a student uses it
- A discovery conversation captures goals, strengths, constraints and how confident the student actually feels.
- A roadmap is generated against those answers, with the reason behind each recommendation stated rather than implied.
- Guidance arrives on WhatsApp, because that is where students already are and a portal they have to remember to open is a portal nobody opens.
- A counselling session walks through the report, the plan and what changes next.
Why it is one product
Diagnosis, coaching, measurement and follow-up are usually four separate tools that do not share a record. Here they share one, so the advice a student receives in month three is informed by what they did in month one.
