Placement Readiness

One number, and the evidence behind it

A readiness score is only useful if you can see what produced it. Every call, chat, assessment and AI interview a student completes contributes, and each contribution stays inspectable. The score is a summary of the record, not a replacement for it.

What it answers

• Where does this student stand today, against the roles they are actually targeting?
• Which gaps are closest to closing, and which need the most work?
• Has anything changed since the last time we looked?
• Which students need attention now, rather than at the end of the year?

For a placement office

The same score aggregates to a cohort, so a department can see its distribution rather than its average, and intervene where the distribution says to.
